1.1. The link to access the online training course is personal to you, the delegate, and cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of SD Worx Ireland.

1.2. The online training course is delivered in real-time and shall not be recorded by SD Worx Ireland. It is the responsibility of delegates to attend on time. Fees shall not be credited or refunded where there is late or missed attendance.

1.3. Recording, by any means, of any part of the online training course is prohibited.

1.4. Copying, reproducing, redistributing or sharing the training manual and any other material provided is prohibited.

1.5. You recognise that all copyright and intellectual property rights contained in the online training course, manual and any other material provided are owned by SD Worx Ireland and have significant commercial value to SD Worx Ireland.
