1. Delegate Obligations
1.1. The link to access the online training course is personal to you, the delegate, and cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of SD Worx, formerly Intelligo.
1.2. The online training course is delivered in real-time and shall not be recorded by SD Worx, formerly Intelligo. It is the responsibility of delegates to attend on time. Fees shall not be credited or refunded where there is late or missed attendance.
1.3. Recording, by any means, of any part of the online training course is prohibited.
1.4. Copying, reproducing, redistributing or sharing the training manual and any other material provided is prohibited.
1.5. You recognise that all copyright and intellectual property rights contained in the online training course, manual and any other material provided are owned by SD Worx, formerly Intelligo, and have significant commercial value to SD Worx, formerly Intelligo.

2.4. SD Worx, formerly Intelligo, does not take responsibility that the online training course, manual and any other material provided are error-free.
