Sunbeam House Services (SHS)

Providing a range of supports to adults with intellectual disabilities, Sunbeam House Services (SHS) chose the leading corporate payroll software, MegaPay, to manage their payroll function. SHS aim’s to empower people with the necessary skills to live full and satisfying lives as equal citizens of their local communities. Listening and responding to the needs of customers are the hallmarks of a quality service. SHS annually ask every person to tell them about their hopes and dreams for the future and their needs for the present. Sunbeam House currently employs 700 employees across 24 sites in Co. Wicklow.

The success of SHS has brought with it many payroll challenges from multiple sites to managing employee working patterns, hours, leave, etc. Combined this has meant that an efficient, flexible and reliable payroll system was required.
