Payroll Specialists Intelligo Software Acquired by Leading European HR Solutions Provider SD Worx

Payroll Software and Solutions SD Worx formerly Intelligo, whose award-winning MegaPay solutions pay almost 450,000 people across Ireland and the UK, has been acquired by SD Worx, the leading European HR solutions provider.
The acquisition marks an exciting milestone for both firms, realising a 26-year project for Intelligo co-founders Padraig Gill and John Kellegher, and furthering the vision of SD Worx CEO Kobe Verdonck, as the Brussels-headquartered firm seeks to expand its presence in the Irish market and to strengthen its payroll and HR software portfolio.
The acquisition of Intelligo is a natural progression for SD Worx, with Intelligo having been the company’s payroll partner in Ireland for almost 16 years. This long-standing relationship guarantees seamless business continuity for MegaPay users, with Intelligo remaining at its offices in Bray, just south of Dublin.
Finance and Operations Manager Eimear Byrne has been appointed Ireland Country Manager, and will be supported by the existing Intelligo senior management team.
