The update reports a solid first half of 2026, with revenue up 4.6% year on year to EUR 679.1 million and adjusted EBITDA up 6.8% to EUR 144.2 million, reflecting SD Worx’s resilient business model and focus on profitable growth.

It also highlights SD Worx’s technology strategy, including AI-powered capabilities that help organisations turn workforce data into insights and manage European regulatory complexity more efficiently. Innovations such as the Data & Insights AI Agent and Legal Watch show how SD Worx combines expertise, high-quality data and technology to support employers in a changing world of work.

    The second quarter shows that our strategy is delivering tangible results. Customer demand remained strong, especially among organisations seeking a trusted partner for payroll, compliance, workforce management and HR. We also continued to invest in AI and digital technologies to improve experiences for customers and employees. This update reflects progress across our business, customer relationships and technology portfolio.
