SD Worx acquires Paie & RH Solutions and invests in Yeap payroll tech
Antwerp, Pau, 23 February 2026 – SD Worx, the leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, announces the acquisition of Paie & RH Solutions. This fast growing French payroll outsourcing specialist is also one of the earliest adopters and shareholders of Yeap, France’s most modern cloud-native payroll technology. With this transaction, SD Worx expands its presence in the French SME and mid-market segment and reinforces its long-term strategy of offering modern, scalable payroll and HR solutions across Europe.

A strong fit for growth in France
Paie & RH Solutions was founded by accountants Nicolas Pironneau and Florent de Stampa more than 20 years ago in Pau (Nouvelle-Aquitaine). It has rapidly established itself as a trusted payroll partner for SMEs and lower midmarket companies across France. The customers are locally and internationally active in all types of industries. Paie & RH Solutions generated EUR 9 million of revenues in 2025.
With this acquisition, SD Worx strengthens its footprint in the South-west of France where Paie & RH Solutions has local offices in Anglet, Bordeaux, Mont de Marsan and Pau. The company also started business in Spain. Both founders will remain on board: Nicolas will continue steering the go-to-market, while Florent will continue to manage operations and service delivery. Through this transaction, SD Worx welcomes 130 new colleagues.
Modern payroll tech: Yeap
Paie & RH Solutions brings a full end-to-end offering consisting of SaaS and payroll outsourcing services, a learning and training academy and consulting and software support services for payroll and HR managers. Over the last two years, the company migrated their entire customer base of 1,100 customers and 45,000 payslips from a legacy payroll technology to Yeap, a modern payroll platform for small and mid-sized employers. Paie & RH Solutions is a minority shareholder and codeveloper of Yeap and through the transaction SD Worx also becomes a shareholder of Yeap.
