SD Worx and datascalehr partner to accelerate customer onboarding across Europe
30 March 2026

datascalehr, the context layer for global HCM data, today announced a strategic partnership with SD Worx, the leading European HR & payroll solutions provider. As part of this collaboration, SD Worx will embed datascalehr’s AI tools and AI-ready data infrastructure into its delivery model to further reduce the time, cost, and complexity of HR and payroll implementations across Europe.
The partnership builds on a successful pilot programme with KMod™, datascalehr’s AI-driven learning engine, built on proprietary machine learning algorithms and 30 years of global payroll expertise, augmented by large language models. The pilot demonstrated substantial efficiency gains across data migration and data comparison workflows, two of the most resource-intensive phases of any HR and payroll implementation.
Proven results: faster implementations, higher data quality
The pilot demonstrated tangible improvements in two of the most demanding phases of HR and payroll implementations. Data migration and data comparison showed strong efficiency gains, with results improving further as mappings were reused on subsequent projects. In addition, payroll parallel runs emerged as a credible and valuable extension of the solution, reinforcing its relevance beyond initial implementation and into ongoing operational use.
"Every week spent reconciling data during an implementation is a week a customer isn't getting value from their new system. KMod™ was built to remove that friction — learning the data, automating the mapping, and getting it right faster with every deployment. But the bigger shift is what happens after go-live. Customers won't just get a faster implementation, they'll have a context layer that continues to learn, adapt, and support every AI capability they build on top of their HR and payroll data", comments Jerome Gouvernel, CEO, datascalehr.
From pilot to platform: a roadmap for scale
The partnership is designed to grow with SD Worx’s customers. In the near term, the focus is on implementation: getting organisations live faster, with higher data quality and less disruption. The longer-term ambition is broader: giving customers a permanent, intelligent data foundation that continues to deliver value well beyond go-live, supporting payroll parallel runs, pay transparency compliance, and the increasingly complex data demands of large multinationals running global HR platforms such as Workday and SAP.
