SD Worx appoints Kelly Lespinoy as Chief HR Officer
29 October 2026

SD Worx, the leading European provider of HR, Pay and Time solutions, announces the appointment of Kelly Lespinoy as Chief HR Officer, effective 1 November 2026. She succeeds Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens, who has decided to step down from his executive role and will remain active as a part-time advisor at SD Worx.
Kelly Lespinoy has been with SD Worx for 16 years, of which nearly five years as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. Throughout her career at SD Worx, she has been closely involved in major growth, organisation and leadership decisions across the company. This has given her a broad perspective on how people, culture, governance and business performance reinforce each other.
In her new role, Kelly will drive SD Worx’s people agenda, focusing on strengthening the company’s culture and leadership capabilities and developing its organisation and people across Europe. She will also continue to retain executive oversight of the Legal & Compliance teams.
Kelly Lespinoy succeeds Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens, who has helped shaping SD Worx’s HR agenda through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its impact culture and introduced initiatives focused on leadership, collaboration and employee development across the organisation.
Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens will remain closely connected to SD Worx as a part-time advisor, supporting selected leaders and teams and represent SD Worx in external initiatives. This includes Join The Club, the book he co-authored with CEO Kobe Verdonck about SD Worx’s growth story and the leadership lessons behind its transformation.
